Ascension Seton Medical Center Austin has a maternal level IV designation — meaning we care for the most complex maternal conditions, obstetric complications and fetal conditions.  The Comprehensive Fetal Care Center and Specialized Delivery Unit at Dell Children’s Medical Center is the first and only center of its kind in Central Texas. Expecting moms and babies diagnosed with fetal conditions can receive care during pregnancy, delivery and beyond with access to comprehensive NICU and pediatric specialty care — all in one location.

Dell Children's has a Level IV NICU for babies born early or with a health condition.
